When using computers for the first time it can feel very strange. Similar to when you get off an airplane in a country you have never visited. The language the people talk feel and sound very strange. But soon after a while you pick up on the language and start to communicate. Before you know it you will master the basics of computers and you will be able to speak the basic language of the computer world.

From 2013 to 2017, she specialised as an ICS Specialist (Facilitator/Assessor /Moderator) including the development of student and instructor manuals on all level of ICS
Facilitating, assessing and moderating of ICS to all level of clients in ICS, liaising with international partners and Train the Trainer in ICS and other courses.
From 2015, Michelle has been running Dynamic Incident Management (Pty) Ltd (LG SETA accredited Training Service Provider) that provides training in various All Hazards fields.
7 Years of Law Enforcement and in field operations back ground, as well as functional incident management back ground makes her a force to be reckoned with on real incidents as well as in the class room.
